We aim to send out equipment bought from us promptly. If this is not possible because we are temporarily out of stock we will let you know within a few days and offer a refund or agree a later delivery date.
- All purchases must be paid in full before we dispatch unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
- Any defective purchases will be refunded or replaced promptly.
- Items to be returned to our registered office address by arrangement or can be dropped off by arrangement at one of our coaching bases
- If an item fails within a manufacturers guarantee period we will arrange replacement or repair through our supplier.
- Items can be collected by arrangement at our Kew or Paddington bases with no delivery charge. So you can arrange to collect when you are taking part in a river or canal session.
